  • Payer name (where provided)

We do not store full card details. Card payments are processed by Stripe (see Section 6).

We collect a deposit in advance to secure a booking.

Bank transfer

If you pay by bank transfer:

  • We may see and store limited information such as the payer name, bank transfer reference, amount, and date/time to confirm your deposit, allocate it to the correct booking, manage refunds (where applicable), prevent fraud, and meet accounting requirements.

Stripe (card payments)

If you pay by card:

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

  • Stripe collects and processes payment information securely (such as card details and billing information).

  • We receive payment confirmation and limited transaction details (e.g., payment ID, amount, date/time).

  • We do not receive or store full card numbers.
